Methods of Making a Request


Online Submission:

If you would like to submit a request online, we offer an electronic form for your submission.  Please complete the following: Online Public Record Request.

Written Submission: 

If you would like to submit a request by mail, fax, or hand delivery, please download and complete the following request form: Public Records Request Form (PDF). 

Return the completed form to the Public Records Officer for the Port of Longview at the following address:

Other Submission Methods: 

  • Complete the Public Records Request Form and email it to the Public Records Officer at records@portoflongview.com 
  • Complete the Public Records Request Form and fax it to 360-425-8650, in attention to the Public Records Officer.  

Copying Costs


Per state law, the Port is not allowed to charge for locating a public record or for making records available for review. The Port may charge for the actual costs of copying public records. The Port charges $0.15 per page or the actual cost charged by a copy service, plus cost of postage.
