SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMMISSION MEETINGS DURING THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK

In accordance with Washington State Governor Jay Inslee’s "Stay Home, Stay Safe" order, and in the interest of public health and safety, the public is temporarily unable to physically attend the Port of Longview’s Commission meetings. However, you can still view the meeting on television or on the internet, as well as submit public comments electronically. 

HOW TO WATCH

Find KLTV on your television (channel number varies by television carrier), or visit their website, KLTV.org and live stream or watch later at a date/time of your choosing.

HOW TO LEAVE A PUBLIC COMMENT


Comments can be mailed before the start of the meeting and will also be checked during the course of the meeting to ensure all are viewed and addressed. Please send your comments/questions to publiccomment@portoflongview.com


In accordance with the Washington State Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA), the public is invited to attend all Regular and Special meetings of the Board.

Regular Meetings

 
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, regular, recurring meetings of the Board can be only be attended virtually by following the instructions above. Meetings are held on the the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 10:00 am at the Port of Longview's Administrative Office - 10 International Way, Longview, WA 98632.

Special Meetings


Meetings of the Board of Commissioners held outside of the Port's regularly scheduled meetings are considered Special Meetings, in accordance with the OPMA. Port commission meetings are videotaped and broadcast on 
KLTV, Longview's local cable access station, on government channel 29. 
KLTV
