SEPA Notice - DEMOLITION OF WAREHOUSE 22 and DRY KILNS BUILDINGS

The Port proposes a demolition project entailing removal of the Warehouse 22 (WH 22) and the Dry Kilns building (Kilns) from the Port’s Northwest Warehouse Complex. Both buildings have become dilapidated structures with rotting framing and leaking roofs. They are no longer suitable for use or materials storage. WH 22 is 55,000 square feet. The Kilns are 8,000 square feet inclusive of a small adjacent shed. There will be no in, or over, water work conducted. The Project Area includes approximately 1.5 acres of developed Port property.
