The Port of Longview's Facilities and Engineering department is responsible for capital projects construction as well as maintenance and repair of all Port owned structures, facilities, streets, field equipment and utility systems.
The Port hires architectural, engineering and/or consulting firms to provide design services for public works. The Port will accept at any time a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from any firm providing such services. Our "Consultant Roster" is kept on file for use when needed.
The "Small Works Roster" is used by the Port of Longview for Public Works projects estimated to cost less than $200,000. Only companies on the Port's Small Works Roster will be invited to bid. Small Works projects are not advertised in the newspaper.
Our engineering team along with a skilled workforce can build the right system for your cargo.
