The Small Works Roster is used by the Port of Longview for public works estimated to cost less than $300,000.

Public works are defined as “all work, construction, alteration, repair or improvement executed at the cost of the state or of any municipality.”

Only companies on the Port’s Small Works Roster will be invited to bid. Small Works projects are not advertised in the newspaper.

For projects at or over $300,000 the Port advertises a Notice to Bidders in the Longview Daily News and the Daily Journal of Commerce in Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington
