Commission Regular and Special Meeting Dates
The following are dates that coincide with the Port of Longview’s Commission Meetings, with the exception of February 9, April 26-27, and May 24 which are special meetings. These dates will be updated as the months progress with links to documents associated with those presentations.
The meetings will update the Commission on work conducted by staff and the Community Advisory Committee during that month. At each of these meetings, the public is encouraged to provide comment. The public can provide written comment on any of the information provided by filling in the comment card on the Public Comment Page or in person at the identified workshop dates.
We look forward to hearing your comments and participation as we progress through this process.

Community Advisory Committee Meetings and Agendas
The following meetings are for the Community Advisory Committee. These meetings are not open to the public, however, meeting agendas, reading materials, etc. as well as the meeting minutes will be posted for the public to review and comment. At the second Commission meeting of the month, the Commission will be presented with an update of the CAC and staff work. Public Comment can be given through the Public Comment Page or at the meetings listed under Strategic Plan Public Meetings and Agendas above.
Meetings are held at the Port office, from 11:30 to 1:30pm.
