Strategic Plan
The Port of Longview is beginning its Strategic Plan process aimed at laying the groundwork for growth over the next ten years. The plan document is a fluid document used to guide decision making and direction to staff and the Commission as they navigate the Port through the next decade.
Last undertaken in 1999, the plan reviews the Port's current situation (inclu
ding facilities, community involvement and cargo handling services), identifies strengths and weaknesses and helps develop plans for improvement into the future.
This document is vital to the Port's growth and we look forward to stakeholder involvement to guide us to success. There will be ample opportunity for involvement, including document review and a
Community Advisory Committee.
